Avon beach is just 100 yards away, just along from Mudeford Quay. The lovely New Forest is also nearby where you can walk, drive, ride horses or hire bicycles. You can even sit and watch a local cricket match whilst eating your picnic, or visit one of the many wildlife areas.

Take a short drive to Bournemouth or Poole for department stores, cinemas, theatres, galleries, parks and restaurants as well as the famous Brownsea Island. There are also many local markets nearby. Only a mile away is Highcliffe Castle where regular exhibitions are held and sometime concerts and open air plays in the summer.
